SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting The Salt Brand. Every order means more to us than just a sale — you’re helping us spread a message of faith, testimony, and the Gospel through what we wear.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Many of our pieces are prepared in small batches, so we appreciate your patience as we make sure your order is ready to go.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

DELAYS
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Salt Brand is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
